几种品牌静脉输液港植入输液针后磁共振扫描安全性相关研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨静脉输液港植入输液针后在磁共振检查中的安全性。方法将两个公司生产的不同型号的静脉输液港和输液针放在磁共振中进行偏移力测量,记录测量结果;应用磁共振发热极端序列扫描,分别测量不同输液针与4种输液港组合的温度升高情况;对带输液针的静脉输液港植入后患者进行安全性观察。结果不同厂家不同型号的输液港港体和输液针在入口处偏移角度0°~55°,在机器中均不发生偏转;所有输液针与输液港组合与单独输液港温度差在0.5℃~1.2℃之间,最大差值1.8℃;所有20例带输液针的静脉输液港植入患者体内后,在3.0 T MR入口及机器中均未见输液针和输液港移位,港体未见有损坏、渗液、贴膜松动等现象,患者无不适症状。结论静脉输液港植入输液针后,在3.0 T MR检查中是安全的。 Objective To explore the safety of the vertical needle in the magnetic resonance(MR)examination after the implantation of the intravenous infusion port.Methods Different types of venous infusion and infusion needles produced by the two companies were measured in the magnetic resonance,and the measurement results were recorded.The temperature rise of different infusion needles and4types of infusion port combination were measured by using magnetic resonance heating extreme sequence scanning respectively.Safety observation was performed on the patients after intravenous infusion port with infusion needle.Results Different types of infusion port and infusion needle of different manufacturers were offset from the angle of0°-55°at the entrance,and no deflection occurred in the machine.All the infusion needle and infusion port combination and individual infusion port temperature difference between0.5℃-1.2℃,the maximum difference was1.8℃.None of the20patients with intravenous infusion of intravenous fluids were infusion needle and infusion port shift in the3.0T MR entry and the machine.There was no damage,percolation,lamination and other phenomena,and the patient had no symptoms of discomfort.Conclusion The intravenous infusion port with infusion needle is safe in the3.0T MR checking.
