Application of Quality Control System of Medical Consumable Materials Management Process

目的基于"军卫一号",提供全程质量控制的耗材管理模块,实现耗材准入管理、价格管理、财务管理、采购管理、库房管理等日常供应链的全流程信息化,提高耗材管理质量控制水平。方法基于"军卫一号"数据库系统,根据军队耗材管理规定的要求,设计耗材全程信息化管理系统,突出关键环节的质量控制。结果该系统有效规范了耗材管理、采购、供应、报账流程,实现了高值耗材回溯查询和耗材集中招标结果的有效对接。结论医用耗材管理系统功能扩充的各功能模块与HIS、财经系统的有效对接,使医用耗材管理专业化、规范化、信息化的水平得到了有力提升,提高了耗材管理全流程的质量控制水平。

Objective The purposes of this paper are to provide a quality control module for the whole process based on“military No.1”,to realize the whole process information of daily supply chain such as consumables access management,price management,financial management,purchasing management,warehouse management and so on,and to improve the quality control of consumable management.Methods Based on“military No.1”database system,we designed a information management system of consumables and highlighted the quality control of key links according to the requirements of military consumables management.Results The system effectively regulated consumables management,procurement,supply and reporting process,and realized the effective docking of high value consumable backtracking query and consumables intensive bidding results.Conclusion The functional modules of the functional expansion of medical consumables management system are connected with HIS and the financial system effectively,which makes medical consumables management specialization,standardization,informationization level and the quality control level of consumables management improve greatly.
