秦山核电二厂3、4号机组装卸料机小车定位精度下降原因分析及处理

摘要 本文介绍了秦山核电二厂3、4号机组装卸料机设备在使用过程中出现的定位精度下降问题,继而导致出现小车抖动故障、偏移法装料过程中主提升高速下降时偏移区无法自动停止故障等重要缺陷,严重影响了装卸料安全。检修根据故障现象及控制程序深入分析,锁定故障原因为"小车定位精度下降",给出解决方案,最终完成重要故障消缺,保障了装卸料机使用安全。 This paper describes the decline of the positioning accuracy in using of refueling machine in unit3and unit4of Qinshan phase ii,which leads to several important faults.Such as trolley jitter fault,the main hoist didn’t stop automatically in the process of high speed down the offset region in off-Index operation mode,both seriously affected the safety of refueling.According to the failure phenomenon and in-depth analysis of control programs,locking the cause of failure,giving the solution,and finally eliminating the important fault,which ensure the safety of refueling machine.
