我国大气环保的法制化进程研究

大气是人们生存所依赖最重要的环境之一,近年来持续不断的大气雾霾也一直成为人们心中的"阴霾"。发达国家大气环保的经验告诉我们,对大气环保进行立法是非常有效和有力的措施。近四十年来,尤其是在加入有关国际公约以后,我国大气环保的法制化进程取得了较大的成就,从单一立法到形成法律法规、标准以及产业和社会规划等大气环保立体化的法制化建设体系。但对于目前我们生存所面临的大气环境来说还远远不够,我国大气环保的法制化进程还在继续。
