摘要
聚羟基脂肪酸酯(PHA)是微生物胞内的一种碳源及储存能量的物质,在胞内物质的转换和能量的转化过程中具有不可或缺的作用。目前针对活性污泥胞内物质的合成已展开了大量研究工作,结果表明,底物、电子受体和环境因子是影响PHA合成的重要因素。基于活性污泥中PHA代谢机制,分析了影响PHA合成的若干因子,如碳源、C/N、温度和pH等,旨在揭示污水生物脱氮除磷的微观机制。
PHA is a carbon source and energy storage material in the microbial cells and plays a key role in intracellular material and energy conversion.Recently,a lot of research work have been done on the synthesis of intracellular substances in activated sludge.The results indicate that substrate,electron acceptor and environmental factors are important factors affecting PHA synthesis.Based on the PHA metabolic mechanism in activated sludge,several factors affecting the synthesis of PHA,such as carbon source,C/N,temperature and pH,were analyzed to reveal the microcosmic mechanism of biological nitrogen and phosphorus removal.
