摘要
本文从贵安新区的特点出发,为充分彰显贵安新区"现代本土、多元融合、清新亮丽、生态智慧"和建设"理性的城市、感性的自然"的规划理念,突出体现新区"注重山地特色和传承历史文脉"的规划建设特点,致力于将新区建设成为国家级生态文明示范区。从两湖一河ppp项目设计理念、文化内涵、海绵建设中的经验做法与成效等方面全面的阐述了贵安新区两湖一河ppp项目经验做法与成效。
Based on the characteristics of Gui’an New District,in order to fully demonstrate the planning concept of“modern native,multi-fusion,fresh and beautiful,ecological wisdom”and build“rational city and sensual nature”in Gui’an New District,Mountain characteristics and heritage of historical context,“the planning and construction characteristics,is committed to building a new district into a national ecological civilization demonstration area.From the two lakes and one river ppp project design concept,cultural connotation,sponge construction experience and effectiveness of a comprehensive exposition of the Gui’an New District,a lake ppp project experience and effectiveness.
