摘要
文章分析了环境监察执法的含义与现状,同时阐述了环境监察执法过程中存在的一些问题,最后结合多年工作实际,提出了一些有关环境监察执法效能提升的有效路径。旨在科学提升环境监察执法效能,有力保障环境监察执法工作进行的高效与稳定。
This paper analyzes the meaning and current situation of environmental supervision and law enforcement.At the same time,it expounds some problems existing in the process of environmental supervision and law enforcement.Finally,based on many years of practical work,some effective ways to enhance the efficiency of environmental supervision and law enforcement are put forward.Aiming to scientifically improve the efficiency of environmental supervision and law enforcement and effectively guarantee the efficiency and stability of environmental supervision and law enforcement.
