摘要
为促进三角梅新品种在广州人行天桥、立交桥绿化的应用,进行了9个三角梅品种的嫩枝扦插繁殖试验,发现巴特三角梅品种‘重苞大红’和‘金边玫红’较易生根。木屑适合作为‘樱花’秘鲁三角梅的嫩枝扦插基质。IBA、"根太阳"和"坪安16"三种促根剂的扦插生根试验表明,不同生根剂的促根效果差异极显著,3种生根剂均可不同程度促进‘樱花’秘鲁三角梅的嫩枝生根,用1000 mg/L IBA处理时,扦插生根率可达66.7%。
To promote new cultivars of Bougainvillea on the greening application of pedestrian and overpass bridges in Guangzhou,the twig cuttage of nine cultivars on the sawdust matrix was studied and shown cultivars of Bougainvillea×buttianasuch as‘Mahara’and‘Savitee’are more easily to take root.The test of four different substrates on the twig cuttageof Bougainvillea peruviana‘Imperial Delight’shown that sawdust matrix was suitable for cutting.Rooting agents test shown IBA,“Gentaiyang”and“Ping Ann16”promote root effect are extremely significant differences,these three kinds of rooting agent can promote different level to take root.The optimal concentration of IBA is1000mg/L,the rooting rate can reach up to66.7%.
