In this article,the knitting dyeing machines at the18th shanghai international textile industry exhibition are reviewed.The main features and technical parameters of some machines are introduced,including overflow dyeing machine,gas-liquid dyeing machine,pad dyeing machine,yarn dyeing machine and so on.Several kinds of equipments used in laboratory such as color measurement equipment,hand sample dyeing machine are presented.Dyestuff automatic distribution system is also involved.It points out that the batch dyeing machine in reducing the bath ratio and energy consumption has been greatly improved than the previous.The dyeing process and bath ratio of some small dyeing machines prototypes are getting closer and closer to large-scale production,and even directly used in the production.Automatic dosing system can effectively control the accuracy of feeding and eliminate the perceived error so as to ensure the dyeing quality.
