六碳防水剂DH-3674在涤纶针织物上的应用

摘要 针对八碳氟系整理剂整理过程中产生全氟辛酸盐(PFOA)与全氟辛烷磺酸盐(PFOS)等有害物质问题,开发出六碳防水剂DH-3674,并研究了六碳防水剂DH-3674在涤纶针织布上的防水、拒油整理工艺,探讨了工作液浓度、p H值、焙烘温度和时间对防水拒油效果的影响,测试整理后织物防水性、拒油性及耐洗性,并与八碳防水剂DM-3668进行对比。结果表明,六碳防水剂DH-3674优化防水拒油整理工艺为:六碳防水剂DH-3674浓度为20~40 g/L,工作液p H值为4~5,180℃焙烘,1.0 min;整理后涤纶针织物的防水等级达100分,拒油等级5级以上,且耐洗性良好,性能接近八碳防水剂DM-3668,且六碳防水剂DH-3674整理后织物不含PFOS和PFOA,更符合环保要求。 In order to solve the problem of harmful substances such as perfluorooctanoate(PFOA)and perfluorooctane sulfonate(PFOS)during the finishing process of eight-carbon fluorinated waterproofing agents,developed six-carbon waterproof agent DH-3674.The water and oil repellent finishing process of six-carbon waterproof agent DH-3674on polyester knitted fabric was investigated.The effects of working fluid concentration,pH value,curing temperature and time on the water and oil repellency were discussed.The water repellency,oil repellency and wash fastness of the fabric were tested and the application effects were compared with the traditional eight-carbon water repellent DM-3668.The results show that the optimum process of six-carbon waterproof agent DH-3674is obtained as follows:the dosage of six-carbon fluorinated waterproofing agents DH-3674is20~40g/L,pH value is5~7,and then curing at180℃for1.0min.The treated polyester knitted fabric achieves100score in water repellency test and above grade5in oil repellency,both of which are durable to washing;whose performances are almost equal to results of the traditional eight-carbon water agent DM-3668.Compared with water repellent DM-3668,the six-carbon agent DH-3674finished fabrics contain no PFOS and PFOA,and can satisfy the environmental requirements.
