德国应用科技大学对我国高等职业教育发展的启示

Enlightenment of German University of Applied Sciences on the Development of Higher Vocational Education in China

随着"一带一路"政策的提出,我国经济发展迎来了全新机会与挑战,社会急需高水平的应用型人才。但目前我国高等职业教育所培养的毕业生不能很好满足这会需求,高等职业教育改革势在必行。而德国应用科技大学以其培养高水平应用型人才享誉全球,为我们改革提供一个成功的范本。本文在简要介绍德国应用科技大学发展历史的基础上,对其教育特点进行重点介绍,并且结合德国应用科技大学特点从严格入学条件、服务区域发展、发挥企业主体作用、提高实践环节教学水平五方面提出我国高等职业教育改革思路。

With the’'Belt and Road Initiative”already proposed,China’s economy is facing brand new opportunities and challenges,which urgently demands the applied talents.However,the graduates trained by the higher vocational education fall short of the demand.Therefore,a reform in the higher vocational education is quite imperative.German University of Applied Sciences,however,renowned for its ability of cultivating high-level talents,provides the reform with a successful example.After a brief introduction to the history of German University of Applied Sciences,the paper focuses on the features of the educational style.In the end,an idea drawn from following five aspects is offered for the reform of the higher vocational education in China,such as the features of the university,strict requirements for admission,serving regional development,enterprises playing a leading role and improvement of the teaching in practical training.
