以标准体系的建立为抓手 促进高职质量文化的形成

Promoting the Formation of Quality Culture in Higher Vocational Education via the Establishment of Standard System

目前各高职院校都在积极推行内部质量保证体系的建设。在推行过程中很多观念、理念难以转变,质量文化难以形成。尝试着探讨如何从标准体系的建立为抓手,引导各质量主体进行自我检验、自我诊断、自我改进、自我发展,进而形成"机制与文化"双引擎助推的质量文化。

At present,many higher vocational colleges are actively carrying out the construction of the internal quality assurance system.In the process of implementation,however,many ideas and concepts are difficult to change,thus the quality culture is hard to form.Therefore,through analyzing how to establish the standard system,which helps guide each subject to inspect,diagnose,improve,and develop itself,the quality culture boosted by’'mechanism and culture”will be established.
