摘要
在国家经济转型升级的背景下,高等教育结构改革也势在必行。作为研究型高校学术性人才培养模式的补充,应用型高校人才培养模式能够培养实践能力强的技能人才。本文运用层次分析法对应用型本科物流专业"3+1"实践教学进行评价,分析了实践教学不同阶段的重要性,并最终得出了实践教学体系的合理结构,为应用型本科物流人才培养模式的科学性提供保障。
Under the background of national economic transformation and upgrading,it is imperative to reform the structure of higher education.As the supplement to the academic talents training mode of the research universities,the talents with strong practical abilities can be cultivated by the training mode of the applied universities.This paper using analytic hierarchy process evaluates the practical teaching of”3+1’'in logistics specialty in applied universities,and analyzes the importance of different stages of practical teaching.And finally it suggests the reasonable structure of practical teaching system so as to scientifically guarantee the talents training mode for applied universities.
