摘要
高职要把"双师型"教师的专业技能培养落到实处,其专业技能培养制度的建设应放在重要位置。以重庆机电职业技术学院在"双师型"教师专业技能培养机制方面经验为例,主要从激励机制、培训机制以及绩效考核机制三个方面进行理论探究。
Higher vocational colleges should implement the training of professional skills of"Mdouble qualified"teachers,with the construction of the training mechanism for their professional skills placed in an important position.Taking the training mechanism for professional skills of"double qualified"teachers in Chongqing Electromechanical Vocational Instituteas an example,the paper mainly analyzes three aspects including the incentive mechanism,training mechanism and performance evaluation mechanism.
