A Preliminary Study on Intercultural Communication Competence of Students and Teachers in International Universities——Taking Tianjin Sino-German Universityof Applied Sciences as an Example

摘要 在高校国际化进程中,如何提升高校师生的跨文化交际能力、培养合格的跨国人才,成为新形式下高校的人才培养目标。本文试从中国学生、在华留学生以及教师这三类群体出发,并考虑高职院校和应用型本科院校的特点,分别阐述跨文化交际能力培养的现状和对策。 In the internationalization of universities,the issue of how to improve intercultural communication competence for teachers and students,and that of training the qualified transcultural talents become the objectives of talents cultivation in this new environment.Based on the features of vocational colleges and applied universities,the essay,dividing the targeted people into Chinese students,international students and teachers,tries to illustrate the current situation of the cultivation of intercultural communication competence,and provides measures for it respectively.
