“满铁”资料是1906年日本在我国东北设立的“南满洲铁路株式会社”所属的一个调查机构直到日本战败撤离中国，历经四十年所积累形成的数量庞大的档案文书资料。本文就这些资料所包含的内容、范围、构成形式以及资料在国内外收藏情况和资料的整理、利用情况做一筒要的梳理和介绍。
