智慧城市顶层设计理念的研究

随着城镇化水平的提高和信息化的普及,人们的生活方式也在"社会福利"的影响下悄然发生变化。"十三五规划"提出"互联网+"的概念后,已有数百个城市在智能交通、智能医疗、智能路灯、智能教育等方面开展试点建设。顶层设计,被认为是智慧城市布局的关键环节,也是影响智慧城市后续发展的宏观性规划。本文结合IBM公司在智慧城市中的应用经验,对比得出顶层设计在新的形式下的理念。

With the improvement of urbanization and the popularity of information technology,people’s way of life is also“social welfare”under the influence of quietly changing.“13th Five Plan”proposed the concept of Internet+,there are hundreds of cities in the intelligent transportation,intelligent medical,intelligent street lamps,intelligent education and other aspects of pilot construction.Top-level design,is considered a key link in the layout of the wisdom of the city,but also affect the follow-up development of intelligent city of macro planning.In this paper,combined withIBM’s application in the wisdom of the city case,the comparison of the top design in the new form of the concept,in order to wisdom of the city’s development play a reference and guidance role.
