硝普钠与多巴胺持续静脉泵入联合个性化护理治疗充血性心力衰竭55例临床评价

Clinical Evaluation of Continuous Intravenous Pumping of Sodium Nitroprusside and Dopamine Combined with Individualized Nursing for Treating Congestive Heart Failure in 55 Cases

目的探讨硝普钠与多巴胺持续静脉泵入联合个性化护理治疗充血性心力衰竭的疗效。方法选择医院2016年1月至2017年2月收治的充血性心力衰竭患者110例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各55例。两组患者均行硝普钠与多巴胺持续静脉泵入治疗,对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予个性化护理。结果观察组总有效率为96.36%,明显高于对照组的76.36%(P<0.01);住院时间、心电图监测恢复正常时间均明显短于对照组,机体功能、躯体疼痛和心理状态评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论硝普钠与多巴胺持续静脉泵入治疗充血性心力衰竭效果确切,辅以个性化护理,可进一步提升疗效,加速症状改善,缩短住院时间,值得临床推广。

To investigate the clinical effect of continuous intravenous pumping of sodium nitroprusside and dopamine combined with individualized nursing for treating congestive heart failure.Methods Totally110patients with congestive heart failure admitted to our hospital from January2016to February2017were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,55cases in each group.The two groups were treated with the continuous intravenous pumping of sodium nitration and dopamine,on this basis,the control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given individualized nursing.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was96.36%,which was significantly higher than76.36%of the control group(P<0.0l).The time of hospitalization and EGG monitoring returned to normal in the observation group was significantly shorter than those in the control group,and the scores of body function,body pain and mental status in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous intravenous pumping of sodium nitroprusside and dopamine for treating congestive heart failure has good effect,combined with individualized nursing,which can further improve the curative effect,accelerate the improvement of symptoms and shorten the length of hospital stay,it is worthy of clinical promotion.
