金乌骨通胶囊联合双氯芬酸二乙胺乳胶治疗膝骨性关节炎98例临床评价

Clinical Evaluation of Jinwugutong Capsules Combined with Diclofenac Diethylamine Emulgel for Treating Knee Osteoarthritis in 98 Cases

目的观察金乌骨通胶囊联合双氯芬酸二乙胺乳胶治疗膝骨性关节炎(KOA)的临床疗效和不良反应。方法将195例KOA患者随机分为治疗组(98例)和对照组(97例)。对照组患者口服双氯芬酸钠肠溶片,每次25 mg,每日3次,饭后服用;治疗组患者口服金乌骨通胶囊,每次1.5 g,每日3次,饭后温开水送服。在此治疗基础上,两组同时外用双氯芬酸二乙胺乳胶剂涂抹患处,每日4次,持续4周。结果治疗组总有效率为90.82%,与对照组的89.69%比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)、西部安大略省和加拿大麦克马斯特大学骨关节炎指数(WOMAC)评分、膝关节液一氧化氮(NO)含量均明显改善(P<0.05),但组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组不良反应发生率为9.18%,明显低于对照组的58.76%(P<0.05)。结论金乌骨通胶囊联合双氯芬酸二乙胺乳胶能有效缓解KOA的症状,且安全性好,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of Jinwugutong Capsules combined with DiclofenacDiethylamine Emulgel for treating knee osteoarthritis(KOA).Methods Totally195patients with KOA were randomly divided into the treatment group(98cases)and the control group(97cases).The control group was given Diclofenac Sodium Enteric-Coated Tablets,25mg each time,3times a day after each meal.The treatment group was given Jinwugutong Capsules,1.5g each time,3timesa day after meals with warm water.On the basis of this treatment,the patients in the two groups were smeared with Diclofenac Diethylamine Emulgel at the same time,4times a day for4weeks.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was90.82%,compared with89.69of the control group,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of VAS,WOMAC and the content of NO in the fluid of the knee joint in two group were significantly improved(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The incidence rate of adverse reactions in the treatment group was9.18%,which was significantly lower than58.76%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Jinwugutong Capsules combined with Diclofenac Diethylamine Emulgel for treating KOA can effectively relieve the symptoms and has good safety,it is worthy of clinical promotion.
