呼吸科临床药师药学服务分析及培养切入点探讨

Pharmaceutical Care Analysis and Training Discussion of Clinical Pharmacists in the Department of Respiration

目的了解医院呼吸科临床用药需求,为呼吸科临床药师的培养及成长提供参考。方法采用回顾性调查方法,对医院呼吸科临床药师药学服务实践进行分析、总结和统计。结果 258份药学服务记录中,最常见的内容是治疗方案的选择,占19.55%;涉及药品10余类,其中以抗感染药物最常见,占43.80%;服务对象以医师居首位,占89.92%。结论呼吸科临床药师已初步形成自己的药学服务特点,可供新入科临床药师借鉴。

Objective To understand the clinical drug demand in the Department of Respiration,and to provide reference for the cultivation and growth of clinical pharmacists in the Department of Respiration.Methods According to retrospective methods,pharmaceutical care practices from the clinical pharmacists in the Department of Respiration were analyzed and summarized.Results The most common content of the258pharmaceutical care records was the choice of treatment options,accounted for19.55%.More than10kinds of drugs were involved,among which the anti-infection drug was the most common with a proportion of43.80%.The doctor ranked the first of the service object,accounted for89.92%.Conclusion Clinical pharmacists in the Department of Respiration have preliminarily formed their own characteristics of pharmaceutical care,which can be used for reference by new clinical pharmacists in the Department of Respiration.
