Design and Implementation of Emergency Plan for Information Network Failure of PIVAS

目的建立静脉用药调配中心(PIVAS)信息网络故障应急预案。方法回顾性分析医院因网络机房蓄电池故障而导致部分硬件设施损毁,引起持续3 d的重大信息网络故障。结果故障期间医院启动了信息网络故障应急预案,保证了医疗秩序的稳定;在执行应急预案的过程中,也存在一些问题。在信息网络故障排除后,根据所收集的问题,重新设计了医院PIVAS的信息网络故障应急预案,并组织工作人员进行演练。结论 PIVAS具有涉及科室多、劳动强度高、风险集中、时间紧迫、溯源精确等特点,是仅靠人力难以完成的工作,故应建立有效、可行的PIVAS信息网络故障应急预案。

Objective To establish an emergency plan for information network failure of pharmacy intravenous admixture services(PIVAS).Methods A retrospective analysis was played on the damage of some hardware facilities caused by the failure of the battery storage battery in the network machine room,and the major information network failures was caused and lasted for3days.Results During the failure period,the hospital started the emergency plan for information network failure,which ensured the stability of the medical order.There were also some problems in the implementation of the emergency plan.After information network troubleshooting,the information network emergency plan of PIVAS in hospital was redesigned,and the staffs were organized to exercise.Conclusion PIVAS has many characteristics,such as many departments,high labor intensity,concentrated risk,restrictive time and traceable precision.It is difficult to complete by manpower alone.Therefore,an effective and feasible emergency plan for PIVAS information network failure should be established.
