构建“回应式课堂”的内在机理与路径选择--以情绪决策模型为视角

THE INTERNAL MECHANISM AND PATH CHOICE OF CLASSROOM TEACHING——FROM THE PERSPECTIVE OF EMOTION DECISION MODEL

拥有良好的学习状态,是获取高质量课堂教学的基本保证。由此,任课老师要努力构建"回应式课堂",主动回应学生的诉求,把学生流变的学习状态激发出来。情绪决策模型认为,流变的状态背后是流变的情绪,流变的情绪背后是流变的需求。如果内在需求与外在工作任务相一致,学生的学习就充满状态,反之如果内在需求和外在工作任务发生错位,学生的学习就缺乏状态。从情绪决策模型出发,所谓构建"回应式课堂",正是回应学生的情绪流变,让学生疏离"有意思"而"无意义"的本能情绪阶段,同时突破"有意义"而"无意思"的情绪错位阶段,直至进入"有意思"且"有意义"的情绪美好阶段。就路径选择来说,要构建"回应式课堂",需要在"道""器"融合的基础上,把"做加法"和"做减法"有机结合起来。
