构建“回应式课堂”的内在机理与路径选择--以情绪决策模型为视角 被引量:1

摘要 拥有良好的学习状态,是获取高质量课堂教学的基本保证。由此,任课老师要努力构建"回应式课堂",主动回应学生的诉求,把学生流变的学习状态激发出来。情绪决策模型认为,流变的状态背后是流变的情绪,流变的情绪背后是流变的需求。如果内在需求与外在工作任务相一致,学生的学习就充满状态,反之如果内在需求和外在工作任务发生错位,学生的学习就缺乏状态。从情绪决策模型出发,所谓构建"回应式课堂",正是回应学生的情绪流变,让学生疏离"有意思"而"无意义"的本能情绪阶段,同时突破"有意义"而"无意思"的情绪错位阶段,直至进入"有意思"且"有意义"的情绪美好阶段。就路径选择来说,要构建"回应式课堂",需要在"道""器"融合的基础上,把"做加法"和"做减法"有机结合起来。 It is the basic guarantee that students have a good learning status to access to high quality classroom teaching.As a result,teachers should strive to build"response class",take the initiative to respond to the demands of students,to stimulate the learning of students rheological conditions.Emotional decision-making model think that the rheological state behind the rhetoric and the rhetoric behind the rheological needs.If the internal needs and external tasks in line with about the task,the student′s learning will be in good state,whereas if the internal needs and external work tasks misplaced,students will lack the status of learning.Starting from the emotional decision-making model,the so-called"response classroom"is a response to the emotional changes in students,so that students alienated"meaningful"and"meaningless"stage of instinctive emotions,while breaking the"meaningful"and"no meaning"Of the emotional dislocation phase,until enter to the"interesting"and"meaningful"emotional good stage.In terms of path selection,to construct a"response class",we need to combine"Doing addition"and"Doing subtraction"based on the integration of"DAO"and"QI".
