切开复位内固定结合同种异体骨移植治疗Rüedi-Allgower Ⅲ型Pilon骨折 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨切开复位内固定结合同种异体骨移植治疗Rüedi-Allgower Ⅲ型Pilon骨折的疗效。方法对26例Rüedi-Allgower Ⅲ型Pilon骨折采用切开复位内固定结合同种异体骨移植治疗。术后随访,评定该治疗方法的疗效。结果术后随访9~20个月。末次随访时按AOFAS评分标准评定疗效:优17例,良5例,可3例,差1例,优良率84.62%。结论切开复位内固定结合同种异体骨移植是Rüedi-Allgower Ⅲ型Pilon骨折可靠的治疗方法,骨折愈合率高,关节功能恢复良好。 Objective To investigate the effect of open reduction and internal fixation combined with allogenic bone graft in the treatment ofRuedi-Allgower type HI Pilon fracture.Methods26cases of Ruedi-Allgower typeⅢPilon fracture were treated with open reduction and internal fixation combined with allogenic bone graft.The effect of the treatment was evaluated after operation.Results All patients were followed up for9~20months.At the last follow-up,the AOFAS score was used to evaluate the curative effect.The results were excellent in17cases,good in5cases,fair in3cases and poor1case.The rate of excellent and good was84.62%.Conclusion The treatment of Ruedi-Allgower typeⅢPilon fracture with open reduction and internal fixation combined with allogenic bone graft is a reliable method for the treatment of Ruedi-Allgower typeⅢPilon fractures,which provides a high union rate and good functional outcome.
