摘要
为加强战略投送基地建设,提高战略投送基地保障能力,通过对某战略投送基地保障系统的功能结构和业务流程的分析,依托ExtendSim仿真平台构建基地转运系统全要素、全过程的仿真模型,结合建制部队投送转运任务实例进行仿真分析,找出制约保障能力的"瓶颈"环节,并给出提升基地保障能力的对策与建议。
To strengtlien the construction and improve support capacity of strategic projection base,the paper firstly analyzes the functional structure and busines progress of support system for a strategic projection base.Then,it establishes a simulation model for total factor and overall process of transfer system with ExtendSim,and finds out the bottlenecks which restrict support capacity according to the simulation analysis on real cases of projection transfer task.Finally,it proposes some countermeasures and suggestions on promoting support capacity of the base.
