摘要
为提高军队人才培养质量,提升教学督导效益,通过分析当前军队院校教学督导工作存在的问题,探究课堂教学督导"前置"与"后延"的内涵、主要内容与实施方式,以期加强对教学督导前置和后延重要性的认知,促进教学督导的功能回归。
To improve quality of talent cultivation and promote benefit of teaching supervision,the paper firstly analyzes the problems in teaching supervision of military academy.Then,in order to perceive the importance of preliminary and follow up work in teaching supervision and play its role,it explores the connotation,main contents,and implementation mode of preliminary and follow up work in classroom teaching supervision.
