Promoting Sound Formation and Development of Inner-party Political Ecology with Serious Inner-party Political Life

为推动党内政治生活规范化、制度化和科学化,在认清严肃党内政治生活是优化党内政治生态基本保证前提下,指出党内政治生活存在"非规范化、非制度化、非科学化"的问题。提出加强和规范党内政治生活,必须把坚定理想信念作为首要任务,必须严明党的政治纪律和政治规矩,必须增强党内政治生活的严肃性,必须统筹处理好"破"与"立"、"权"与"责"、"少"与"多"的关系。

To promote normalization,institutionalization,and scientization of inner party political life,the paper firstly recognizes that solemnifying inner party political life is the basic guarantee of optimizing inner party political ecology.Then,it points out the problems in inner party political life,such as denormalization,non institutionalization,and non science.Finally,it proposes that strengthening and standardizing inner party political life should:take firm ideal faith as primary task,solemnify political discipline and rules,strengthen the seriousness of inner party political life,and coordinate the relations between“destruction”and“establishment”,“rights”and“responsibilities”,and“less”and“more”.
