摘要
为大力推进我军军官职业化进程,加速培养高素质专业军事人才,探索建立符合时代要求、具有中国特色的军官职业发展和管理体系,必须树立现代化的人力资源管理理念,构建符合我军特色的军官专业分类体系,设计清晰透明的军官职业生涯成长路径,建立公平公正的考核选拔任用机制。
To accelerate professionalism of officers in our army and cultivate high quality military talents,the paper explores professional development and management system with Chinese characteristics corresponding with the demand of time from following4aspects:setting up modern human resource management concept,establishing professional classification system according to the characteristics of our army,designing clear career path,and building equitable mechanism of assessment,selection and appointment.
