车辆有机涂层在紫外干湿交替环境中的腐蚀行为研究

摘要 长期服役在东南沿海地区的车辆装备一直面临着腐蚀的严重威胁,为研究其表面有机涂层在紫外辐射和干湿循环交替作用下的腐蚀行为,建立实验室加速腐蚀实验环境,采用电化学阻抗谱技术(EIS)分析军绿有机涂层在紫外干湿交替环境中的腐蚀特征,结合等效电路和实验前后涂层形貌的变化,研究有机涂层的腐蚀变化过程。结果表明,军绿有机涂层的腐蚀大致经历3个阶段:腐蚀前期,涂层完好;腐蚀中期,涂层产生腐蚀老化,但具有一定的腐蚀防护能力;腐蚀后期,涂层基本失效,丧失防护能力。 The vehicle equipment in southeast coastal area have been confronting the grave threats of corrosion.To study the corrosion behavior of vehicle organic coating in ultraviolet radiation and cyclic wet dry environment,the paper firstly establishes accelerated corrosion test environment,and analyzes the corrosion feature of army green organic coating in ultraviolet radiation and cyclic wet dry environment with electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS)technology.Then,it studies the corrosion process of the organic coating according to equivalent circuit and morphology changes before and after the experiment.The result shows that the corrosion of army organic coating consists of three stages:in the early stage,the coating remains intact;in the mid term,the coating becomes corrosive aging but still has certain protective ability;in the later stage,the coating loses efficacy and protective ability.
