摘要
阐述甲烷合成催化剂中活性组分、载体和助剂种类对其催化性能的影响;分析催化剂的烧结失活原因及机理;介绍提高催化剂抗烧结性能的改进措施。对甲烷合成催化剂研究进行展望,提出高比表面积复合载体的研制、助催化剂的添加和金属颗粒限域等方法是提高甲烷合成催化剂抗烧结性能的主要发展方向。
The influence of active components,carriers and additives on catalytic performance of the methane synthesis catalyst was investigated.The reasons and the mechanismof sintering deactivation of catalysts were analyzed.The measures of improving catalyst sintering resistance were introduced.The prospected of methane synthesis catalyst was predictedand development of the carrier with highspecific area,adding additives,metal particles confinedwere the maindirection to improve the sintering resistance ability of methane synthesis catalyst.
