利用自贸区提升开放型经济发展水平研究综述与评论——以广东省清远市为例

在经济新常态、"一路一带"倡议实施中,我国如何创新体制机制,抢抓机遇,对接自贸区的制度溢出和经济辐射?如何应对挑战,克服自贸区建设带来的虹吸效应,为未来的改革发展、对外开放以及区域地位的提升奠定基础?这些问题的思考和妥善解决,将有利于我国更好地利用自贸区这一政策性开放向制度性开放转变的契机和平台,尽快适应经济全球化新形势,构建开放型经济新体制,抓住开放发展的新机遇,从而开创开放型经济发展新格局。本文综述相关学者专家的研究并结合广东清远市进行分析。
