摘要
高新技术产业作为自主创新的主力军,其培育和发展离不开完善的金融支持体系。本文以武汉东湖高新区为研究对象,对园区高技术产业金融支持体系的发展现状进行了分析,并运用DEA模型对园区高新产业金融支持体系的绩效进行实证评估。实证分析显示东湖高新区的金融支持体系在促进高技术企业发展的同时,也存在一些需要解决的效率增进问题。针对这些问题,在扩大银行信贷投入、培育资本市场体系、完善信用担保体系和加大政府支持方面提出了相应的政策建议。
As the mainstay of independent innovation,the cultivation and development of high-tech industries cannot leave the perfect financial support system.This paper takes Wuhan East Lake High-tech Zone as the research object,analyzes the current development status of financial support system for high-tech industries in High-tech Zone,and empirically evaluates the performance of financial support system for high-tech industries by means of the DEA model.The empirical analysis shows that the financial support system in East Lake high-tech Zone has promoted the development of high-tech enterprises,at the same time,there also existed some efficiency increase problems to be resolved.To solve these problems,the paper puts forward some corresponding policy recommendations from the perspective of expansion of bank credit investment,fostering capital market system,improving the credit guarantee system and strengthening the government's support.
