家族企业职业经理人退出补偿满足度与诋毁行为倾向相关性研究--基于温州地区的调查

Empirical Research on Relativity between the Withdrawing Compensation Satisfaction and the Slandering Behavior Tendencies of Professional Managers of Family Businesses——Based on the investigation of Wenzhou area

论文基于温州地区的调查,采集相关数据资料,运用SPASS软件分析工具和相关分析、回归分析等统计分析方法,实证研究家族企业职业经理人退出补偿满足度与诋毁行为倾向的相关性。研究发现,家族企业职业经理人退出补偿满足度与诋毁行为倾向之间具有显著负相关关系。论文最后从提高退出补偿满足度、构建多元化退出经济补偿体系、实施经济补偿与非经济补偿互为补充的制度安排、强化相关法律规范的执行等四个方面提出了有针对性的管理对策。

Professional managers'withdrawal compensation is an important part of the exit management mechanism for professional managers in family enterprises.Based on the investigation of Wenzhou area to collect relevant data,this paper did the empirical research on correlation between the withdrawing compensation satisfaction and the slandering behavior tendencies of professional managers of family businesses,adopting SPSS21.0statistical analysis software,correlation analysis,regression analysis and other statistical analyses.This study found that there was significant negative correlation between the withdrawing compensation satisfaction and theslandering behavior tendencies of professional managers of family businesses.Finally,the paper puts forward targeted management countermeasures from four aspects,such as improving the withdrawing compensation satisfaction,building a diversified withdrawing economic compensation system,implementing the complementary institutional arrangements between economic compensation and noneconomic compensation,strengthening the implementation of relevant laws and regulations.
