摘要
职业院校是我国人才培养的重要组成部分,我国正处于经济转型时期,需要大量的具有创新、创业能力的人才,这就要求职业院校在人才培养过程中要将创新、实践和应用能力等作为培养的主要目标。因此,职业院校大学生的人才培养要以创新创业为主,促进学生"双创"能力的发展,帮助学生在"中国制造2025"目标中贡献自己的才干,用创新的精神来助力中国科技创新的发展。
