急性心肌梗死患者电生理特征Tp-ec及Tp-e/QT与心肌损伤、氧自由基生成的相关性研究 被引量:13

摘要 目的:研究急性心肌梗死患者电生理特征Tp-ec及Tp-e/QT与心肌损伤、氧自由基生成的相关性。方法:选择在我院诊断为急性心肌梗死的患者作为AMI组、健康体检者作为对照组,进行心电图检查并测定Tp-ec及Tp-e/QT,采集血清并测定心肌损伤标志物、氧自由基生成指标及细胞凋亡指标的含量,采集外周血并测定氧自由基生成指标的表达量。结果:AMI组患者的Tp-ec及Tp-e/QT均显著高于对照组,血清中CK-MB、cTnI、H-FABP、MDA、sTWEAK、sFas、sTRAIL的含量及外周血中Nrf-2、NRE、HO-1的mRNA表达量均显著高于对照组且与Tp-ec及Tp-e/QT的水平呈正相关。结论:急性心肌梗死患者电生理特征Tp-ec及Tp-e/QT升高、跨壁复极离散度增加且与心肌损伤、氧自由基生成密切相关。 Objective:To study the correlation of electrophysiological characteristics Tp-ec and Tp-e/QT with myocardial injury and oxygen free radical generation in patients with acute myocardial infarction.Methods:Patients who were diagnosed with acute myocardial infarction in our hospital between March2014and March2017were selected as the AMI group,and healthy subjects who received physical examination were selected as the control group,electrocardiography was done to determine Tp-ec and Tp-e/QT,serum was collected to determine the levels of myocardial injury markers,oxygen free radical generation indexes and apoptosis indexes,and peripheral blood was collected to determine the expression of oxygen free radical generation indexes.Results:Tp-ec and Tp-e/QT of AMI group were significantly higher than those of control group,and serum CK-MB,cTnI,H-FABP,MDA,sTWEAK,sFas and sTRAIL contents as well as peripheral blood Nrf-2,NRE and HO-1mRNA expression were significantly higher than those of control group and positively correlated with Tp-ec and Tp-e/QT.Conclusion:Electrophysiological characteristics Tp-ec and Tp-e/QT increase,and the transseptal dispersion of repolarization increases in patients with acute myocardial infarction,and they are closely related to myocardial injury and oxygen free radical generation.
