降钙素肌肉注射联合臭氧腔内注射对膝骨关节炎IL家族、MMPs家族表达的影响

Effect of intramuscular calcitonin injection combined with intra-articular ozone injection on the expression of the IL family and MMPs family of knee osteoarthritis

目的:探讨降钙素肌肉注射联合臭氧腔内注射对膝骨关节炎IL家族、MMPs家族表达的影响。方法:收集在本院接受治疗的膝骨关节炎患者128例,经随机数表法分为对照组、观察组各64例。对照组接受臭氧腔内注射治疗,观察组接受降钙素肌肉注射联合臭氧腔内注射治疗。对比两组治疗前后血清中IL家族成员、MMPs家族成员含量的差异。结果:治疗前,两组血清中IL家族成员、MMPs家族成员含量的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后1周,两组血清中IL家族成员IL-1β、IL-15、IL-17、IL-18及MMPs家族成员MMP-1、MMP-2、MMP-3、MMP-13的含量均显著低于治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组血清中IL-1β、IL-15、IL-17、IL-18、MMP-1、MMP-2、MMP-3、MMP-13的含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:膝骨关节炎患者接受降钙素肌肉注射联合臭氧腔内注射治疗,可有效抑制IL家族、MMPs家族表达。

Objective:To study the effect of intramuscular calcitonin injection combined with intra-articular ozone injection on the expression of the IL family and MMPs family of knee osteoarthritis.Methods:A total of128patients with knee osteoarthritis who were treated in the hospital between January2015and January2017were collected and divided into control group and observation group by random number table,each with64cases.Control group received intra-articular ozone injection therapy,and observation group received intramascular calcitonin injection combined with intra-articular ozone injection therapy.The differences in serum levels of IL family members and MMPs family members were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:Before treatment,the differences in serum levels of IL family members and MMPs family members were not statistically significant between the two groups(P>0.05).1week after treatment,serum levels of IL family members IL-1β,IL-15,IL-17and IL-18as well as MMPs family members MMP-1,MMP-2,MMP-3and MMP-13of both groups of patients were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and serum IL-1β,IL-15,IL-17,IL-18,MMP-1,MMP-2,MMP-3and MMP-13levels of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Intramuscular calcitonin injection combined with intra-articular ozone injection therapy can effectively inhibit the expression of IL family and MMPs family in patients with knee osteoarthritis.
