摘要
作为可再生的清洁能源,风力发电技术发展势头强劲,但又有稳定性差、可靠性差、功率波动大等先天缺陷,对其形成了制约。快速发展的储能技术,尤其是锂离子储能系统,可以有效的平抑风电的功率波动。在实际应用中,配置与风机额定功率相当的钛酸锂系锂离子电池系统,通过一阶滤波算法,最终使得风机的输出功率可以控制在一个理想的范围内。
As a renewable clean energy,wind power technology has a strong momentum of development.However,it becomes a constraint because of its poor stability,poor reliability,power fluctuations and other congenital defects.The fast development of energy storage technology,especially the lithium ion energy storage system,can effectively control the power fluctuation of wind power.In practical application,a lithium ion battery system with a rated power equivalent to that of a fan is constructed.Through the first order filtering algorithm,the output power of the wind driven generators can be controlled in an ideal range.
