蒸汽发生器抗振条与换热管间隙的测量

摘要 在蒸汽发生器的制造或使用过程中,抗振条与换热管之间的间隙尺寸有严格的要求。在穿管过程中,可使用塞尺进行测量。当管束组件制造完成后,除最外层外,其余位置的抗振条与换热管的间隙将无法使用常规方法测量。涡流检测技术对工件表面或近表面的缺陷有很高的检出灵敏度,且涡流探头可以伸入到管子任意位置,对此种情况进行判定,使用涡流技术是比较容易实现的方法。 During manufacturing and operation of steam generator,there should be strict requirement on precision accuracy of the crevice between AVB and exchange tube,which can be measured by gauge during tubing Conventionally,after the tube bundle assembly is finished,the gap at other position than the outermost layer is measured An easier method is proposed herein below,i e,the eddy current testing technology This technology can detect defects on surface or nearby,which has a high detection sensitivity,and the eddy current probe can stretch into the tube for identifying all defects.
