摘要
粘连缺陷是冷轧带卷常见的一种表面质量缺陷,轻微的粘连会影响外观质量,严重的粘连将导致带钢无法使用。文章从粘连缺陷产生的特征开始分析,对比在不同卷取张力和退火过程等工艺状态下,粘连缺陷的发生机率,进而判断粘连出现的原因。依据现场实际生产操作情况,总结出消除冷轧带卷表面粘连的工艺措施。
Adhesion defect is a common surface quality defect in cold-rolled coil.Slight adhesion will affect the appearance quality,and severe adhesion will cause strip steel cannot be used.In the paper,it is primarily analyzed the characteristics causing adhesion defects,then reasons for the occurrence of adhesion are judged through the probability of adhesion defects occurrence by comparing different coiling tension and annealing process.According to the actual product situation,summing up the way to eliminate the defect in cold-rolled coil surface.
