摘要
经过对包钢薄板厂20万t硅钢生产工艺的探索与总结,钢板清洗质量、退火炉退火温度、涂覆膜厚度等因素,是影响硅钢成品性能的关键因素。优化前清洗段的清洗质量是降低炉辊结瘤概率的有效手段。保证退火炉的退火温度在750~950℃是细化钢板晶粒,调整组织,消除组织缺陷的核心工艺。涂覆膜均匀、厚度合理,保证在3.2~3.5 g/m2,是确保硅钢片免受各种腐蚀介质的侵蚀的重要措施。
After the exploration and summary of the production process of200,000tons silicon steel in Sheet Plant of Baotou Steel,factors such as the quality of steel plate cleaning,the annealing temperature of annealing furnace and the thickness of coating film are the key factors affecting the performance of silicon steel finished products.The cleaning quality of the cleaning section before optimization is an effective method to reduce the probability of furnace accretion for furnace roller.The annealing temperature of the annealing furnace at750~950℃is the core technology to refine the grain of steel plate,adjust the microstructure and eliminate the defects of microstructure.Uniform coating film,reasonable thickness and guaranteed in3.2~3.5g/m2are important measures to ensure the corrosion of silicon steel sheet from various corrosive mediums.
