In the paper,the working principle and steps of strip steel strapping machine are introduced.Aiming at problems in the process of bundling,such as banding strap loosing,distributor scroll difficult,drive shaft easy to break and reducer tooth break;using mechanical principle and combining with the actual situation on site,the design and analysis of the related problems are carried out,and the corresponding modification scheme is put forward,while the feasibility of the scheme is proved and the modification is carried out.By comparing the use effect and cost accounting before and after the modification,equipment failure is reduced.
