摘要
目的了解甘肃省土壤中重金属元素的含量并采用Hakanson潜在生态风险指数对土壤中重金属的潜在生态危害进行评价。方法采用原子吸收法、原子荧光法等检测土壤中Pb、Cd、Hg、As、Cr的含量,使用Hakanson潜在生态风险指数对其危害性进行评价。结果甘肃省重金属元素Pb、Cd、Cr、As、Hg的均值都超过了甘肃省土壤背景值,其中Hg的均值是甘肃省土壤背景值的4.2倍,说明土壤受到一定程度的人为污染影响。结论甘肃省土壤生态危害级别为中等潜在生态危害,应加强监督管理,减少人为污染。
Objective To investigate the contents of heavy metals in the soil of Gansu Province and to evaluate the potential ecological hazard.Methods Atomic absorption and atomic fluorescence detection were adopted to determine the Pb,Cd,Hg,As,and Cr contents in soil.Hakanson potential ecological risk index was used to evaluate the ecological hazards.Results The mean values of Pb,Cd,Cr,As,and Hg were higher than the background values of soil in Lanzhou City.The average value of Hg was4.2times greater than the background value of soil in Gansu Province,which indicated that the soil was affected by human pollution.Conclusion The ecological risk of soil in Gansu Province is medium.It is necessary to strengthen supervisison and managemengt and reduce human pullution.
