水稻新品种农艺性状的成产效应与聚类分析 被引量:8

摘要 探讨水稻农艺性状的成产效应,为实现水稻高产育种持续发展与优化栽培提供理论依据.对河南省2015—2016两年水稻区试的16个新品种的主要农艺性状进行最优回归、通径分析、主成分分析和聚类分析.根据统计参数所提供的信息,综合分析得出:在育种实践中,选取植株较高、分蘖力较强、结实率和千粒质量高、每穗实粒数多的性状,是实现高产育种目标的关键.在高产栽培上,应在合理密植的基础上促早发、成壮蘖,提高结实率、千粒质量和每穗实粒数,夺取水稻高产.14个农艺性状提取的5个主成分累积方差贡献率达86.024%,根据各品种的主成分得分进行综合评价,新稻89、福稻018、苑丰136分列前3位.基于8个主要农艺性状将16个参试品种聚为4个类群,第Ⅱ类(艺稻206、信粳1787、苑丰136)属高产类,并依据各类品种的特征提出了有针对性的改良目标. In order to provide theoretical basis for the sustainable development of high yield breeding of rice,the optimal regression,path analysis,principal components analysis and cluster analysis are used to study the main agronomic characters of16new rice varieties in Henan Province in2015and2016.According to information provided by the statistical parameters,comprehensive analysis is shown below院in breeding practice,it is key to realize high yield breeding goal to select plant higher,stronger tiller ability,higher seed setting rate and1000grain weight and spike grains per panicle traits.In the high yield cultivation,based on the rational planting density,promote early development and form strong tillers,increase seed setting rate and1000grain weight and grains number per panicle,and win high yield of rice.The cumulative variance contribution of5principal components extracted from14agronomic characters was86.024%.According to the principal component score of each species,the Xindao89,Fudao018,Yuanfeng136were ranked in the top3.Based on8main agronomic characters,the16varieties were divided into4groups.Among them,the yield of group II渊Yidao206,Xinjing1787,Yuanfeng136冤is the highest.And the improvement target is proposed appropriately according to the characteristics of various variety.
