摘要
配电网可视化是对配电网工程科学评价的重要基础,也是进一步对配电网进行优化设计的依据。倾斜摄影技术是近年来国际测绘领域发展起来的一项新技术,在大规模三维重建方面具有较高的成本和效率优势。通过倾斜摄影技术实现了配电网周边环境的三维建模,同时将配电网设计结果进行模型化,并将两者集成,实现了配电网及其周边环境的三维场景可视化。通过在杭州市试点应用,对提出的生产技术流程进行了验证,对模型的精度进行了评定。应用结果表明,此方法能够实现配电网设计结果与周边环境的三维可视化,能够为配电网优化设计提供依据,是一种切实可行的工程技术方法。
The distribution network visualization is an important basis for the scientific evaluation of distribu-tion network engineering and also the basis for optimization design of distribution networks.Oblique photogra-phy is a new technology which has developed in the field of international surveying and mapping in recent years,and has high cost and efficiency advantages in large-scale3D reconstruction.Oblique photography technology enables3D modeling of distribution networks surroundings and modeling of distribution networks design;besides,it integrates the two above to realize3D visualization of the distribution networks and the sur-roundings.Through the pilot application in Hangzhou,the production technology flow is verified,and the ac-curacy of the model is evaluated.Application results show that the method is practicable and feasible in real-izing3D visualization of the distribution networks design results and the surroundings and providing basis for distribution networks optimization and design.
