摘要
为加强对各类生产运行指标的量化管理,进一步满足日常管控需求,构建了一种基于隶属函数的计量自动化生产系统运行状况评估模型。首先梳理出74个生产数据点和9大类关键评估指标,涵盖表计到货、检定、配送和生产系统调度、诊断、运维等主要流程业务;接着构建隶属函数和评估模型,通过配置系数权重和参数阈值来实现对运行指标的合理评价;最后通过案例分析验证所设置评估模型的评估效果。该评估模型能够实现对自动化生产系统的精益化管控和合理化评估,提升系统运行效率。
To strengthen the quantitative management of various production indicators and meet the daily monitoring requirements,the paper establishes a model for operation condition evaluation of the automatic metering production system based on membership function.Firstly袁the paper sorts out74production data points and9key assessment indicators,covering meter arrival,verification,distribution and production sys-tem scheduling,diagnosis and maintenance;secondly,it establishes membership function and evaluation model to achieve a reasonable evaluation of the operational indicators by configuring coefficient weights and parameter thresholds;finally,the evaluation results of the membership functional model are verified by case analysis.The evaluation model can realize the lean management and rationalization evaluation of the auto-matic metering production system,and improve the system operation efficiency.
