世界服务业现代化的历史与经验

摘要 《中国现代化报告2016》运用定量分析方法,对世界服务业的服务生产、服务经济和服务要素三个方面分别进行了时序分析、截面分析和过程分析,进而勾勒出世界服务业现代化的历史轨迹。服务业现代化是从传统服务业向现代服务业和知识型服务业的转变,包括现代服务业的形成、发展、转型和国际互动,服务业要素的创新、选择、传播和退出,以及服务业国际体系和国家地位的变化等。世界服务业现代化表现出规模扩大、结构变迁、效率提高、质量提升等特征,总体呈现为可预期、长期复杂、协同发展、创新优化以及路径和模式多样的过程轨迹。随着经济社会的进步,服务业必将有更大的创新性发展。 China’s Modernization Report2016depicts the basic facts of the world's service modernization based on the services production,service economy and service elements,outlines its history from the macroscopic view of the world’s historical development through quantitative analysis,including time series analysis,section analysis and process analysis.Service modernization is the transformation from traditional service industries to modern service industries and knowledge-based service industries,which includes the formation,development,transformation and international interaction of modern service industries,the innovation,selection,dissemination and exit of service elements,as well as the international systemof service industries and the changes of national status.The world’s service modernization has the characteristics of scale enlargement,structural change,efficiency and quality improvement,which are presented as a predictable,long-term,complicated,collaborative and innovative process,and the diversity of paths and patterns.With the development of economy and society,the service industries will make great and innovative development.
