A Sociological Study on Shared Development

"共享发展"理念是我国"五大发展理念"之一,是促进社会实现良性运行和协调发展的重要战略。"共享发展"是一种社会事实,具有综合性、系统性特征,是社会学的研究诉求。从社会系统视角看,创造资源、发挥功能、实现要义三大内容是实现"共享发展"的核心要素,其中,创造资源是基础,发挥功能是关键,实现要义是保障。具体而言,"共享发展"要求经济子系统、政治子系统、社会子系统、文化子系统,分别创造物质资源、政治资源、公共资源、文化资源,要把"蛋糕"做大,是"共享发展"的基础;分别承担"适应环境""目标达成""行动整合""维持模式和调停紧张"的功能,要把"蛋糕"分好,是"共享发展"的关键;分别实现"互惠""共识""权利与义务对等""‘正确的平等’社会价值观认同"要义,要促进"蛋糕"不断做大、分好,是"共享发展"的保障。创造资源、发挥功能、实现要义三大内容,相互作用,不可分割。

The idea of shared development is one of our country's five ideas of development.It aims to promote social operation and harmonious development.Shared development is a social fact and is comprehensive and systematic.This makes it a topic of sociological research.From the perspective of social system,resources creating,functioning,and essence realizing are the key factors of shared development.Resources creating is the basis,functioning is the key,and essence realizing is the guarantee.Specifically,shared development requires the economic,political,social,and cultural subsystems to create material resources,political resources,public resources,and cultural resources respectively.The aim is to make the"cake"bigger,and this is the basis of shared development.The key of shared development is to distribute the"cake"fairly,including the functions of adapting environment,achieving goal,integrating action,and maintaining mode-mediating tension.The guarantee of shared development is to realize reciprocity,consensus,the correspondence of rights and obligations,appropriate equality,and the consensus on social values.Resources creating,functioning,and essence realizing are dialectical and inseparable.
