双级矩阵变换器过调制连续控制方法的研究 被引量:1

摘要 针对双级矩阵变换器TSMC(two-stage matrix converter)常规调制策略电压传输比低的问题,提出一种可以提高电压传输比的过调制连续控制方法。首先介绍TSMC的拓扑结构和数学模型,分析整流级所采用的无零矢量空间矢量调制方法,阐述逆变级所采用的过调制连续控制方法;然后在分析过调制连续控制方法的原理和特点基础上,利用MATLAB工具建立系统仿真模型,进行仿真验证;最后采用型号为TMS320LF2812的控制器制作了一台样机,进行物理实验。仿真和实验结果说明采用该方法可以对空间电压矢量脉冲宽度调制SVPWM(space vector pulse width modulation)的输出电压进行连续和平滑地控制至达到6阶梯波工况时的最大值。TSMC过调制时输出电压基波可以精确控制,输出电流电压波形质量好。 In view of the conventional modulation strategy of the two stage matrix converter(TSMC)with low voltage transmission ratio,an over modulation continuous control method is put forward to improve the voltage transfer ratio.Firstly,TSMC topology structure and mathematical model is introduced,the free of zero vector space vector modulation method of the rectifier stage is analyzed,and a continuous control method of inverter level is expounded.Then,on the base of analysis the principle and characteristics of continuous control method for over modulation,using MATLAB tools the system simulation model is established to simulation test and verify.Finally,using the model a prototype is created for TMS320LF2812controller and physical experiments.Simulation and experimental results show that the output voltage of space vector pulse width modulation(SVPWM)is continuous and smooth controlled until reach the maximum six stair case.the fundamental wave of output voltage can be precisely controlled the quality of output current voltage waveform is good when TSMC over modulation.
