沥青路面混合料热再生试验结果及分析

摘要 在分析旧沥青路面材料应用的基础上,对长吉高速公路路面旧料进行了试验,检验了旧料中的沥青指标:针入度严重衰减,仅为39(0.1mm),软化点和延度也有很大变化,不能达到90号沥青标准。对旧路面材料中的碎石进行了磨耗值试验,试验结果满足规范要求。调整了旧料中的骨料级配,对AC-16、AC-20掺加不同含量旧路面材料沥青混合料,进行马歇尔试验、劈裂试验和车辙等路用性能试验,试验结果表明,掺加一定数量旧料的沥青混合料能够满足性能要求,尤其高温性能有很大提高,可以在高速公路养护维修中进行使用。 In this paper,on the base of analyzing the application of old asphalt pavement materials,the test to Changying Freeway old pavement material has been made to check the indexes of asphalt old material.The penetration result is only39(0.1mm),softening point and ductility also varies greatly.The results can not reach No.90asphalt standard.In the old pavement materials,the Los Angles test has been carried out,and the test results meets the requirements of the specification.Aggregate gradation in the old material also has been certainly readjusted.The asphalt mixture AC-16,AC-20are added with different content of old material for the Marshall test,split test and rutting test.The experimental results show that adding a certain quantity of old material of asphalt mixture,can meet the performance requirements,especially high temperature performance has been improved a lot,which can be used in highway maintenance.
