摘要
高校体育俱乐部实体化运行在我国虽是新生事物,但也已有十几年的发展历程,在取得一定成效的同时,也存在诸多问题,尚未形成较为规范的管理体系和有效的运行机制。本文在对合肥市4所高校体育俱乐部管理体制及运行现状进行调查的基础上,找出存在问题,并提出解决问题的具体对策,为今后合肥市高校体育俱乐部实体化管理和运行提供参考。
The practice of College Sports Clubs is new in our country,but it also has more than ten years of development.It achieves certain results but at the same time,there are also a lot of problems,like lacking a standardized management system in the actual operation and management.Therefore,on the basis of the survey of the institutional and operational status of sports club in four universities,this article identifies the problems and proposes specific measures to solve the problems,and it also provides a reference for future management and operational entity of sports club in Hefei universities.
