摘要
沥青路面施工离析导致路面的非均匀性是早期病害的主要根源。为了有效评价路面施工质量的均匀性,通过采用新一代无核密度仪(PQI 380),获取新建沥青路面大样本密度检测数据;并分别利用比对试验一致性分析、空隙率区间统计、空隙率二维以及三维灰度图的方法评价路面施工质量。综合对比结果表明:上述方法建立的均匀性评价指标,能定量评价沥青路面横向、纵向和整体施工均匀性质量,以及确定路面离析区域位置、大小和成因。
Asphalt pavement construction segregation leading to pavement non-uniformity is the main source of early disease.With the large sample density’s detection data of new asphalt pavement from a new generation of Pavement Quality Indicator(PQI380),the pavement construction was assessed with consistent analysis of comparison test,voids interval statistics,voids two-dimensional and three-dimensional grayscale image methods.The results of comprehensive comparison show that the above methods could establish the uniformity evaluation index and quantitatively evaluate the lateral,longitudinal and integral construction uniformity quality of asphalt pavement.They couled also determine the location,size and cause of pavement segregation area.
